PETITIONS IN DIVORCE
UNDEFENDED CASES THE WANGANUI LIST The Supreme Court at Wanganui heard petitions in divorce yesterday, His Honour, Mr. Justice Reed, presiding. Kathleen Cuthbertson (for whom Mr. T. W. Blennerhassett appeared) petitioned for dissolution of her marriage with Kevin E. Cuthbertson on the ground of failure to comply with an order for restitution of conjugal rights. Petitioner said she was married in 1931. She had obtained an order for respondent to return to her but he had not done so. There were two children of the marriage. A decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute after three months. Pricilla Murice Hornby (Mr. H. M. Keesing) petitioned for divorce from William Henry Hornby on the grounds of separation. Petitioner said she was married on November 3, 1923, and there was one child of the marriage. A deed of separation had been entered into. A decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute after three months.
James Joseph Sinclair (Mr. L. A. Williams, Marton), petitioned for dissolution of his marriage with Viola Margery Sinclair on the grounds of deed of separation. Petitioner said he was married on December 26. 1929. A decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute after three months. Decrees Absolute Decrees absolute granted were: Stanley William Head (Mr. P. L. Dickson) v. Claudia Gladys Head. Elsie William Wallace (Mr. N. R. Bain) v. Clifton Bruce Wallace. Jane Leash Sutherland (Mr. C. F. Treadwell) v. Christina Eason Sutherland.
Rita Eveline Barber (Mr. C. F Treadwell) v. Eric John Barber. Lilian Maude Fountain (Mr. E H. L. Bernau) v. Nelson Cannor Fountain. Mary Harford (Mr. P. L. Dickson) v. Hery Brewerton Harford. Delia Terisa Daley (Mr » l. Dickson, tor Mr. C. H. Clinkard) v Thomas Patrick Daley.
