TRIAL OF GRYNSZPAN
PROBABLY IN MAY. Received Feb. 14, 5.5 p.m. PARIS, Feb. 13. Doctors declared that the Polish Jew Herschel Grynszpan, who shot Dr. von Rath, secretary of the German Embassy in Paris early in November, is responsible to face trial, which will probably take place in May.
