WANGANUI CLUB SUMMER COMPETITIONS STAPLEFORD BOGEY RESULTS On Saturday players at the Wanganui Golf Club’s Belmont course had a strong westerly wind to contend with. The spell of dry weather, experienced during the past few weeks, has caused the fairways and greens to become very fast, and players found difficulty in stopping the ballon the greens. The scores handed in were, in consequence, not particularly good. Results were as follow: W. S. Baird 32 M. Hunter 32 A. Douglass - 32 F. J. Jacobs 31 F. H. Bell 31 G. Mcßeth 30 S. Irwin 29 J. E. Marshall 28 R. P. Giblin 28 On Saturday a bogey match will be played.
