Savage against the two months’ suspension inflicted on him by the judicial committee of the Stratford Racing Club. The suspension which has now been lifted was imposed by the judicial committee of the Stratford Racing Club following an inquiry into an incident which occurred at the start of the Kaponga Hack Handicap, the concluding event at tne Stratford meeting on January 3.
