RIDER SWEPT AWAY BODY NOT YET RECOVERED I Per Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, Feb. 13. While fording on horseback the Hope River on Saturday, William Muir, Government stock inspector, was drowned. His horse fell and Mr. Muir was swept away. The body has not been recovered.
