MAN DIES OF INJURIES

CAR TURNS OVER SLIGHT INJURIES TO OTHER PASSENGERS [ Per Frees PALMERSTON N., Feb. in. As the result of injuries sustained to h neck and back when involved in an accident near Himatangi to-day. George Scales, aged 22, of Palmerston North, died in hospital. Scales was a passenger in a car driven by Mr. R. M. McKenzie, All Black vice-captain, which turned over several times. McKenzie was not injured but the other passengers, Mr. C. Perrson and Misses J. Hancock and P. Stevens suffered slight injuries.
