STEAMER ARRESTED PALESTINE POLICE ACT Received Feb. 10, 6.5 p.m. JERUSALEM, Feb. 9. The police seized and interned the Greek steamer Artemisi in the vicinity of Tel Aviv for allegedly smuggling in German Jews. The crew were detained and also seventeen passengers who did not have passports. It is believed that 30 passengers and four of the crew had already been landed.
