SENTENCE POSTPONED APPEAL COURT TO DECIDE POINT [ Per Press Association.] DUNEDIN, Feb. 10. The Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, admitted William Palmer Foley, for attempted breaking and entering, to two years’ probation. In the case against Colin Raymond Wills, found guilty of indecently assaulting a male, sentence was postponed until the question of the admissibility of certain evidence has been decided by the Appeal Court.
