Mrs. S. Kitson was a Wanganui visitor to Wellington yesterday . Mrs. E. C. Mizan, Great Barrier Island, is visiting Wanganui. Miss M. Robinson. Wanganui, is visiting Wellington. Mrs. S. Dewhurst, Taihape, is visiting Wellington. Mrs. A. G. Conchie, Auckland, is visiting Wanganui. Mrs. J. Armstrong, Wanganui, went to Wellington this week. Mrs. A. P. Shields, Papaiti, has returned from North Auckland. Mrs. H. West, Wanganui, left during the week for Auckland and later will visit Mrs. Luff in the Te Aroha district. Dr. and Mrs. Bernard Hooper, Ingestre Street, are visiting the Buller district, South Island. Miss Moyra Walpole, Wanganui East, has left to take up the position of art mistress at Solway College, Masterton. Misses Mary Barton and Janet Young will leave Wanganui later in the month for Dunedin to take up a ! training course in home science. Miss Muriel Swann has returned from Napier, where she spent her holidays with her sister Miss Lilian Swann. . t, Mrs. S. Armstrong, who has been isiting relatives in Wanganui and ’.ata, has retul.ed to Cambridge. Overseas visitors in Wanganui yesterday were Mr. and Mrs. R. Y. Sketch and Mrs. W. Stewart, of Lon- . don. Dr .and Mrs. B. T. Edye and i Miss S. Edye, of Sydney. Miss Sheila Staveley, of Wellington, who has been‘the guest of Mrs. Teviotdale, Bedford Avenue, has returned home.
