CIVIC THEATRE, MARTON At the Civic Theatre, Marton, on Tuesday next, February 14, Stanley McKay's popular ''Gaieties" Vaudeville and Revue Company is to stage one of its best series. Although Mr. McKay’s companies yearly play seasons at Wanganui and Palmerston North, this is the first time Marton has been visited. The combination of international stars include Stan Foley, Australia's versatile comedian; Scotty and Dolly, Australia’s premier dancing duo; Stella Lamond, brilliant presonality girl; Nellie Kolle, male impersonator; the San Kemos Bros., matchless hand-balancers; Alev McKinnon, Scotch comedian, Gerry and Snowy, clever dancers; and Assam Rehoe, Souchen and Cengo, crazy acrobatic clowns. Seats may be reserved without extra charge at Mogridge's.
