MAN DIES IN HOSPITAL WELL-KNOWN AGRICULTURIST f Per Press Association. | NEW PLYMOUTH. Feb. 9. Struck by the upper part of a gum tree being felled by his son and some helpers, John Thomas Goodrick, aged 63, farmer, of Mangorei, received injuries to-day from which he died soon after admission to the New Plymouth Hospital. He was a strong supporter of the Taranaki Agricultural Society’ and a member of the executive for many years.
