ITALIAN FORCES Sent To Tripoli. And Libya CONCENTRATIONS REPORTED [By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright] Received Feb. 9, 6.30 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 9. Reuter’s Rome correspondent says that Italy in recent weeks has sent further troops to Tripoli and Libya. Statements regarding these movements are not denied by officials. It is reported from Djibuti that Italian troops. and planes are concentrated at Jigajiga, 30 miles west of British Somaliland. Mr. Chamberlain, in the House of Commons, said that Italy advised that her forces in Libya were between 30,000 and 32,000.
