VERDICT OF NOT GUILTY
CHARGE OF NEGLIGENT DRIVING CAUSING DEATH. CHRISTCHURCH. Feo. S. A verdict of not guilty was returned by a jury on a charge in the Supreme Court against John May De Brotherton Morgan, a clerk, aged 19, of n“gligent driving causing death. Morgan collided with a cyclist, Henry Charles Gardner in Opawa Road on the night of December 9, Gardner dying from his injuries.
