WANGANUI CLUB THE DOUBLES COMPETITION • Results of the Wanganui Croquet Club’s doubles competitions are as follows: — A Handicap Doubles. Second Round. —Mrs Jarvie and Mrs Skcet beat Mrs Bassett Smith and Mrs Len Bassett, 26-5; Mrs Falconer and Mrs McDougal beat Mrs Fulton and Mrs Harle. 26-13. Final: Mrs Jarvie and Mrs Skeet beat Mrs Falconer and Mrs McDougal, 26-10. A and B Handicap Doubles. Second Round.—Mrs Harle and Mrs C. E. Rhodes lost to Mrs Len Bassett and Mrs Ballingal: Mrs Jarvie and Mrs Lloyd beat Mrs Skeet and Mrs Price, 26-5; Mrs Lawrie and Airs Pauli beat Mrs Falconer and Mrs Delves, 26-13; Airs Blennerhassett and Airs AlcAneny beat Airs Bush and Miss Paul, 26-10.
