SANDERS CUP FINAL LAST YEAR'S WINNER IN FORM. (Per Press Association). CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 11. The first Sanders Cup trial was held in a strong northerly wind at Lyttelton to-day. The starters were Betty (last year’s winner of the cup). Usher, Linnet, Magpi*-i?.nd lona. Betty led all the way, wnufing by smin. 40sec., with Usher second and Linnet third.
