A giant bridge from Trafalgar Square across the Strand and the Thames to Waterloo Station, which is likely to be a new wonder of the world, completely transforming London landmarks, and which is to be completed in seven years, is at present the subject of favourable comment by experts. It will be a great double-decker overhead bridge, carrying an enormous volume of traffic. It will link up the south side of the Thames and Trafalgar Square in two or three minutes.
