RAIN ON THE WAY BAROMETER FALLING EVERYWHERE (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON Dec. 10. The Weather Bureau this evening issued the following forecast: — Present indications arc for strong north to west winds and warm and humid conditions with increasing cloud and haziness, and rain following generally. The baTometor is falling everywhere.
