FURTHER CHARGES MADE * YESTERDAY’S HEARING . (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, Dec. 8. Three further charges of using an instrument were taken at the Supreme Court to-day against Elizabeth Ann Wylie, the women concerned being Noria Cochran, Muriel Herlihy, and Ella Sylvia Rush. Similar evidence to that of the last two days is being heard. The jury found accused guilty on the count affecting Miss Cochrane, with a strong recommendation to leniency, and not guilty on the other two charges. Accused will appear for sentence tomorrow.
