CRICKET.
A match will take place on Thursday, November 9 th, between teams selected from Saturday and Thursday players. It will be the first match to be played on the new iwickets in Cook's Gardens, which the Association have gone to so much'expense and trouble in preparing for the benefit of all cricketers. It is to 'be hoped the wicket will be up to expectations. The game will commence at 1 p.m. sharp. The teams will be selected from the following -.—Saturday: Beaven, Brook, Luxford, Esson, Haydn, Meldrum, H. B. Cave, McKay, Adams, Oaldwell, Woriga, T. Smith, Smithies, Howarth, ad. Gibson, Thursday: Har<rop, Coe, Evans, Blakie, Bums, C. Walker, Churchill, Waters, Strange, iSykes, Bellv-e, Weston, 'McJ3rearty s Sleeman, iMoCarty, and Radiki. The following will represent the Old Boys in a match against the school team on Thursday r-^Watt, Gordon (2), Atkinson, Bannister, A. 0. Cave, Sounders, Lewis, Cunrie, (Marshall, and McLean.
