WESTMINSTER GiLEE SINGERS
TO-NIGHT.
(Much interest is being-taken in the concerts to be given by the Westminster Glee and Concert Party in the Opera House to-night and to-morrow night. The highly favourable impression this accomplished party created^ by ,r heir ad - ■^ mdrable- singing when in -these volonies two years ago leads us to anticipatei a repetition of the great 'musical treat then afforded. Since the party v.ero laet here they have returned U> ) oiklm'i and have been reorganised by Mi' liM-.v.'vrd Branscomibe, and 'bring with them for this town a new repertoire of madrigals, glees, and" part songs. Amongst the boy sopranos (four in number) with the Company ;.re Masters Edgley, LudJow, and Marsi.jaai, who are recognised as three of the iinest solo boys in England. Madame Marie Hooton (contralto), Mr Edward Branscoanbe (tenor;, and Mr iPercy Coward, whose marr«.t>is u'ito voice will be rememibered, ar^ n embers of the party, the humorous <jemfint being supplied by Mr Dudley (.'ansi-on.
