Lord Londonderry, speaking at Sunderland, said the Government was prepared fotr defeat at the general election. If the Unionists sank their fiscal differences there/would the *i sufficiently strong minority to-restrain" the Liberal Government from carrying thedr Socialistic and Radical schemes.
