(Special to " Chronicle.") PALMERSTON N. November 2. The Nonbh Island Poultry, Pigeon, and Canary Assooiattiioniheld a meeting at t!he Maniawat-u iA. and P. offices this afternoon. The following delegates werie present:—i Messrs G. W. Keeling (representing Auckland), T. W. Green (Waihi), J. Walker (Newton), J. tMannton (New Plymouth), N. Baggie (Wanganui), H. Munro (Manawatu), E. J. Ptfosser (PaMatua), T. Weiit (Fei'lding), T. L. Buick (Dannevirke), Paul Hunter (Hawke's Bay), R. J. Greeneide (Wellington), W. A. Boyes (Eketahuna), R. Fennell (Wood voile), R. C. McCormiek (Hastings), Edwards (Haiwera)./ Mr; J. Jarvis, the President, occupied the chair.

The following dates for shows were fixed:—Woodvi'He, June 6; Auckland, June 14, 15, and 16; Waihi, June 27 and 28; iManawatu, June 20, 21, and 22; Eketaihuna, June 14 and 15; Wellington, June 28, 29, and 30; New Plymouth, June 29 and 30; July 6 and 7; Plahiaitua, July 10 and 11; Gisboi'ne, July 19 and 20; Feilding, July 12 and 13; Haiwera, July 18 and_ 19; Masterlfcon, July 17 and 18; Dannevirke,' July 20 and 21; Wanganui, July 4 and 5; (Napier, July 24 a-nd 25. , S«veral new cha-nipionships were "created and allotted.

A vote of thianks was passed to the A. and P. Association for -the use of tiheir rooms, and it was resolved to meet again in Palmersiton in January to approve of tfhe judges. The following dhampionsihips were allotted :—tEfoawera, Anda^usiaus and Black Hamburgs; Wai'hi, British Game; -Napier, Black Orpingtons; Auckland, Buff Orpingtons; -New Plymouth,.- Brown LeghJorns; Hastings, White Leghorns and Game Bantams: iMtanawatu, Minorcas, Dorkings, and Bralhamae; Wellington, any other variety of Bantams; Wajnganui, Indian Runner Ducks.and Indian Game; Diannevirke, Langshangs and Spangled Bamburgs; Feilding, Golden Wyandottes; Masterton, Plymouth Rocks; Woodville, Silver Wyandottes; Eketahuna, White Wyandottes; Pahiatua, Partridge Wyandottes and Alysbury Ducks; Girborne, Pekin Ducks and Pencilled Hamlburgs, and Canaries; Auckland, Fanitial and Frill; Maraawatiu, Magpie and TuonMer; Newton, Working Homer and Dragoon.
