WELLINGTON, November 2. At t(he Audit Commission, Colonel Porter, Trlho was ofiicer commanding- in ahrkfcdhuroh from March, 1903, to September, 1904, saddle had never autihoru&ed a payment to anyone for the reorganisation of the Defence stors.
Ridhard Sneddon, of Anderson and Co., Cnnisibohunoh, said that, in conversation with. Fisiher and Willis, Fisher asked him if 'he was sure he did not sign his naime too a voucher as Seddon. Witness replied no.
Richard John Spofetiiswood Seddon, Captain in the Defence Fpi-ce, said he was not in Chtfisbdhuiridh in June of last year. He 'had never received a payment of any su>m in Ohniebdhuroh or any. other place for reorganising the Defence dttores. This practically concluded tihe taking of evidence.
