Tho leaders of the Social and Democratic Party have organised a sale of arms to the strikers, who will get 25 cartridges for each rifle.
Tho Ministry have confirmed the Estimates, which are intended to improve r.ho railway men's conditions of service and wages. •
Tho Revolutionaries met at the University at St. Petersburg and announced tho formation of a Provisional Revolutionary Government at Kharkoff. The Governor of Kharkoff has been arrested.
Collections have been made at the St. Petersburg University in support of an armed rising. •
An infantry division has been added to the garrison.
