Mr. J. Dennis Barnett (late of Littlejohn and Sons, the leading watchmakers of the colony) notifies in another column that he has started business adjoining Hogg's Refreshment Rooms, Ridgway Street. Watch repairing is his speciality, and all orders entrusted to him will receive his personal supervision. . Messrs. Johnston and Co., Limited, in conjunction with Messrs. Baddeley, Forlong, and Co., will hold sales of wool, skins, hides, and all farm produce, at regular intervals. The first sale will be held in November, the date of which will be announced later. Messrs. Freeman R. Jackson and Co.'s Waverley horse fair will be held to-morrow.
