United Press Association. —Copyright. Received October 24, 12.50 a.m. LONDON,_ October 23. The Nelson celebrations being coupled with the entente cordlale have greatly impressed Germany. The csntenary has united all races, parties, and creeds in Canada.
Received October 24, 8.24 a.m. OTTAWA, October 23. Two hundred and fifty Canadian towns enthusiastically celebrated the Nelson centenary, regardless of race. Ear*l Grey, addressing 5000 children at Ottawa, insisted.that though Nelson fought, he did not do so in order that our race might triumph over another.
