DUNEDIN, October 21

The Harbour Board's tug KoputaiT picked up the crew of the County of Ayr five miles north by east of Otaga--Heads at 5.30 this morning. After 2Ghours in an open boat, which contain— oil fifteen people, the occupants, includ-^----ing the captain's wife and daughter*, were much exhausted when broughfeclown to the harbour. The master believes that if the boat had attempted^ to cross the bar she would have capsized., and all have been lost. The Countjr of Ayr is a total wreck. The vessel issuninsured. - \.
