Messrs. Freeman R. Jackson and Co. Mill offer at their Waverley sale on I 1 riday next, the goodwill of lease of 51 acres "first-class land, on account of the estate of the late M. Keating. Farmers will note that Messrs. F. R. Jackson and Co.'s stock sale to-day will not start until 1 p.m.., on account of the wool and skin sale starting at 12.30 We draw attention to Messrs. C. H Hoadley and Son's advertisement in another column. Tho firm will on Friday offer for sale 24 farming properties, in "Hawke's Bay, plans of which may be •seen at this office. On Friday Williams and Kettle will sell the whole of Messrs.. Rathbono Bros.' pedigree herd of Shorthorn cattle. See particulars in another column. Messrs.
