Farmers will note that Messrs. F. R. Jackson and Co.'s stock sale to-day will not start until 1 p.m.., on account of the wool and skin sale starting at 12.30 We draw attention to Messrs. C. H Hoadley and Son's advertisement in another column. Tho firm will on Friday offer for sale 24 farming properties, in "Hawke's Bay, plans of which may be •seen at this office.
