Prometheus, the Cadets, the sailers of the Prometheus, and the Veterans forming a square.
. This will be followed by a salute of 17 guns, after wlhich there will be a procession tliroueh the streets, and patriotic demonstrations in the Drill Hall in the afternoon and evening.
