ST. PETERSBURG, October 16
Twenty miscreants attacked a villa belonging to Briggs, an Englishman, Who owns a mill near Warsaw. They vainly tried to compel the wife to call .her husband, and then threw a bomb, killing the cook, also three policemen who pursued them. No arrests have been made.
