LONDON, October 15
The Warsaw 'correspondent of the London " Observer" reports that, at Germany's instigation, Russia, Germany and Austria signed an agreement on February Ist, providing that in the event of a revolution in Russia Poland, Germany and Austria engage to occupy Poland with not less than two army divisions.
