The "Times'" Pekin correspondent says.that, contrary to Prince Alexieffs exaggeration, indicative of uneasiness in the face of the completeness of Japan's preparations, the Russian troops in the leased territory of. Manchuria number 32,000, which number is being increased to 50,000. Mr Bennett Burleigh reports from Tokio that the situation is serious. There is great activity in the Japanese arsenal and naval circles.
