Public Notices WANGANDI COUNIY COUN* GIL. WAIKUPA ICBDIVISION. UNDER " LOOAL BODIES LOANS ACT, 1886." Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of this Oounoil to raise £500 by way of loan under the provisions of " The Local Bodies Loans Act," for expenditure in the Waikupa Subdivision, for the following purposes ;- 1. For the purpose of forming and gravelling a new road, coma menoiog at that point where the Waikupa road joins with the Okoia road, and continuing . at intervals for a distance of about 400 chains to the boundary gate between the properties of Mr j, N. Jones and G-regor MoLeod, at whioh point tho proposed new. road will terminate, and the erection of the necessary oulverts on the work. 2. The sum proposed to be borrowed for such purpose is £500. 3. It is proposed to levy a special rate of 10-16thB (ten-sixteenths) of one penny in the £ for 26 years, for the purpose of pro* viding the repayment of the above loan on the above Babdivision. A.
