TO THE EDITOB, SIR,— I wish to ask a question, hoping you will be able to aatißfy. About five years ago a child was drowned in the Wanganui JJiver, almost opposite the Bed Lion Hotel. A young man named Gray dived for him and brought him out. -My argument is that Mr Gray was one minute and a half or more under the water. Could you kindlly assist through your paper. — I am, &c, ' .
