(Received June 20, 3.30 p.m.) Intelligence has been received that the ultimatum submitted by the French commander has been rejected by the Malagasies, and that the French troops consequently advanced, and captured Tamatave. The Customhouse there has been seized and occupied, and the Hovas have fled before the advancing troops.
