Colonial breadstuffs are unchanged at 40s. Australian wheat, ex warehouse, 43s to 465; New Zealand wheat, 345. Australian tallow—Stock in London to-day, 13,000 casks. Best beef, 43s 6d; best mutton, 435. (Eeceived Nov. 3, 2.30 p.m.) The Times to-day publishes a telegram stating that the Egyptian Government has proposed that Arabi should be allowed to go into exile without being tried, but that the English Government objects to such a course. (deceived Nov. 3, 2.30 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLENovember 1. . There are evident signs that the Porte is uneasy at Earl Dufferin's mission to Egypt to conduct negotiations for the settlement of affairs in that country. ALEXANDRIA. November 1. Baker Pasha is re-enlisting a number of officers and men who fought under Arabi to serve in the expedition which is being despatched against the Soudan rebels. Intelligence is to hand that threo Egyptian Boys, who instigated the burning of Alexandria after the bombardment, and subsequently escaped, have been arrested at Crete.
