BERLIN.
August 32. A meeting has taken place at Ischl between the Emperora of Germany and Austria, when their Majesties discussed the prestnt aspect of affairs in Eastern Europe. It is now understood that their interview gives hope of a peaceful settlement of questions now requiring adjustment.
