The sale takes place at 2.30 p.m. At the same time will be offered fche equity of redemption of section No. 876,. fronting Bell-street, with a substantial and well finished dwelling-house erected thereon. The section is fenced and planted with fruit trees, and is a most desirable property. Messes Beckett & Hammond ieport wholesale produce prices :—Oats, 3s 9d to 4s; ditto, South, 4s to 4s 3d ; barley, 5s 6d to 6s, scarce ; maize (crushed), 6s 6d to 7s ; chaff, £5 to £5 10s ; flour, £16 to £17 10s ; potatoes, £7 10s to £8; carrots, £6 10s; linseed, 6d per lb.
