Terms are unusually liberal, with Purchasing Clause. There are about 14 acres laid down in grass, and about 60 acres fenced in. There are two good and substantial built Houses, with an excellent large dam. The Stock and Fanning Implements can be taken at a valuation, and immediate possession given.
