Taylor, Watt, & Co. 11 ATE received instructions from the Mortgagee to submit to XJL public competition the above valuable Property, at tlieir Auction Rooms on Taupo Quay, on THURSDAY , the 30th inst. at 12 o’clock precisely. ' This beautiful Property, called the Wbodleigh Farm, has been so’ often described in former advertisements, that the Auctioneers deem it needless to enlarge, at length upon its advantages and capabilities. It consists of 301 acres, including about IvO acres of Bush, 70 acres of Ploughed Land, 16 acres of Summer Fallow, .and about 80: acres of Paddocks.
