Notice. TENDERS are invited for clearing the Side Drains and Culverts of the the Kangitikei Itoad for the ensuing six months. TftJ OTICE is hereby given, that a Court 111 will be held for revising the List of Voters’for the District of Wanganui, at the Supreme Court House, Wellington, on Friday, the sixth day of June, 1862,. at 11 o’Clock in the forenoon, and will be adjourned, if required, to the Resident Magistrate’s Court House at Wanganui, on the day following the arrival of the July mail, at which—. The Claims of persons objected to, will be determined. The names of persons proved to be dead, will be expunged. The names of persons whose Christian Name or Places of Abode, or the nature of whose Qualifications shall be wholly omitted, where by Law required to be specified in the List, or whose places of abode, or the nature or description ot whose Qualifications are insufficiently described for the purpose of being identified, will he expunged; unless the matter so omitted or insufficiently described, be supplied to the satisfaction of the Revising Officer, before he shall have completed the Revision of such List of Voters.
