The papies of/ persons 4 whose Christian Names or Places of Abode, or the nature, of whose Qualifications shall be wholly omitted, where by law required do be specified in the Aist, or whose Places qf or the nature or description of whose Qualifications are insufficiently described for the purpose of being Identified, will be expunged ; unless the matter so omitted or insufficiently described, be supplied to ? the satisfaction of the Revising jOlficer, before lie shall have completed the Revision of such Zisf of Voters.'
