TVOTICE is hereby given, that a Court will ill be held for Revising the List of Voters; for the district of Wanganui, at the Resident A/agistrate’s Court House, Wanganui, on Monday, the 24th uay of June. 1861, (and not on /fednesday, the 12th day of June* as previously advertised), at Ten o’clock in the Forenoon, at which- — The 'Claims of Persons objected to, will be determined. The names of persons proved to be dead, will be expunged. The names of persons whose Christian Names or Places of //bode, or the nature of whose Qualifications shall he wholly omitted, where bylaw required to - be specified in the List, or whose Places of Abode, or the nature or description of whose Qualifications are insufficiently described for the purpose of being identified, will ,be expunged ; unless . the matter W omitted, or insufficiently described,, be supplied t& the satisfaction of the Revising Officer, before lie shall have completed the Revision of such List of Voters. : . //Iso the names of persons whose 'elaims have not been declared before a Justice of the Peace, will be expunged.
