District Court. lIJOT/CjS is hereby given, that a Sitting of ll the District Court of Wanganui, for the despatch of Civil and Criminal business, will be holden at the Resident Magistrate’s Court House, Wanganui, in the Province of Wellington, on Wednesday the 19th day of June, 1861, or so soon after as practicable; at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances, Prosecutors, Witnesses, or Defendants, are required to give their attendance.
