FINLAND ACCUSED
ALLEGED ANNEXATIONIST AIM. J (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) LONDON, Debember 22. The Russian review .“War and the Working Class” states that captured Finish documents which were dated February 27 show that Finland’s official war aim is the annexation of east Karelia and the capture of the Murmansk railway. The review, contrasts this “plot” with recent Finnish diplomatic moves “representing Finland as a peace-loving democracy.
