NEW ANTHEM
ADOPTED BY SOVIET UNION. (By Telegraph—(Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, December 20. The Russian Government has decided to replace the text of the ‘lnternationale,” the anthem of the U.S.S.R., with new words in accordance with the spirit and essence of the Soviet order, says Moscow radio. “The present anthem does not reflect the basic changes which have occurred in Russia as a result of the victory of the Soviet order,” the radio states.
