SIGNED IN MOSCOW.

LONDON, December 12,

The Moscow radio announces that a treaty between Soviet Russia and Czechoslovakia was signed in Moscow today. It is stated that negotiations had recently been in progress between the two countries for- the conclusion of a treaty of amity, mutual aid and postwar collaboration. They were carried out in a spirit - of cordiality and friendly mutual understanding. The text will be pulished on Tuesday.
