Reuter’s Moscow correspondent says that with the coming of uniform winter conditions along the ' Dnieper big events are expected, The “Red Star” declares that the time is not far off when the enemy will be ousted from White Russia, the Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania. Estonia, the Moldavian Republic and the ,Kare-lo-Finnish Republic. The Moldavian Autonomous Republic is part of the Ukraine federation and was founded at the end of the last war by refugees from Bessarabia after the Russian army entered that territory. The Karelian Republic lies on the Russian side of the pre-war border of central Finland.
