FOR SARAGOSSA INCIDENT LAST MONTH FASCIST INVASION OF BRITISH VICE-CONSULATE ASSURANCE THAT GUILTY WILL BE PUNISHED (British Official Wireless.) ■ (Received This Day, 10.25 a.m.) RUGBY, December 9. The British Ambassador to Spain (Sir Samuel Hoare) has received an apology from the Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs for incidents at Saragossa ■ in November, when Falangista forced their way into the British Vice-Consul-ate. The Spanish Minister assured the Ambassador that the guilty persons would be punished.
