HUSBAND’S RIGHT
DECISION BY TONBRIDGE MAGISTRATES (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 10.35 a.m.) LONDON, December 7. A husband has the absolute right to decide who shall and who shall mot enter his home. This was decided by Tonbridge (Kent) magistrates who dismissed a wife’s application for separation on the ground that her husband, who was at home only at occasional weekends, objected to members of her ■family staying with her.
